Booking and Late Policy
To maintain a seamless and elevated experience for every client, the following policies are strictly enforced:
• Please use the booking link to secure your service.
- Services are by appointment.
- No same day appointments unless announced.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. No deposit = no appointment.
• Appointments will be canceled if deposits or required forms are not completed.
Late / No Show Policy
• 10-minute grace period. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
• No call / no shows are charged in full and banned from future bookings.
Reminder texts are sent 24 hours prior—please review them and communicate any questions in advance.

Eligibility and Enrollment
- The Skynnvy Beauty Loyalty Card is available to all clients aged 18 and over.
- Enrollment is automatic upon the issuance of your first digital punch.
- Only one digital loyalty card is permitted per person.
2. Earning Punches
- Clients receive one (1) digital punch for every full-priced service.
- Punches are awarded at the time of checkout. Retroactive punches for past appointments cannot be issued.
- Purchases of retail products, gift cards, or discounted "Special Offer" services do not qualify for a punch unless otherwise stated.
3. Reward Redemption
- Upon collecting five (5) punches, the sixth (6th) service will be eligible for a discount of 50% off.
- The reward must be redeemed on the 6th visit or saved for a future visit within the expiration period.
- Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for retail products.
